Falconer is currently one of the hosts of the popular daytime quiz show Wordplay on Five.
In June 2009, she was unveiled as the face and body of Adore Moi underwear range by Ultimo.
In the Summer of 2009, Falconer was a guest presenter on STV's daily lifestyle show The Hour, alongside main anchor Stephen Jardine. She presented between 17–21 August. The Scottish magazine programme airs weekdays at 5pm.
